This is a plain GET form with no backend of any kind — it submits by navigating the browser to a static page (/contact/thanks/) and does not send data anywhere, store anything, or call any external service. It exists only so this test site has a realistic form-submission navigation for crawlers and bot-detection tooling to observe.
